This page first tests whether your browser can load “Web Assembly” files – this is a relatively new way of running programs inside the browser. If you can see this, it’s probably worked 😊

It then tests whether your browser can access local files using a new, more user-friendly approach. In Chrome/Edge, all three tabs should work. In Firefox/Safari, the first one should work, the others probably not.
